DURING YOUR TRIP
If there are any hiccups, such as delayed flights, you’ll have your travel planner's personal phone number and email address for emergencies. We’re also happy to help if you have any non-urgent questions. Otherwise, relax, explore, learn and enjoy!

NEXT STEPS
After the consultation, we will send you the invoice for the travel agent fee. Within 24-48 hours, we’ll call you with what we have put together just for you. If you like what you hear and see on your personal itinerary, you can have us secure your booking, which covers your accommodation, flights and conservation fees. The full balance must be paid before your trip can be planned.
