Wow! The most perfect word to describe Kenya. Everything about Kenya was life-changing. The whole experience from start to finish. From the hospitality to seeing the wildlife, I was in awe the entire time.
I've visited Kenya twice now. However, that's not my only African country on my list. I've been to Egypt, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Botswana, and South Africa. But Kenya was hands down the absolute best country I've visited out of the 28 I've been to.
Let me start by saying that a safari game drive is an absolute MUST do at least once in your lifetime. I got to witness the Great Migration of the Wildebeest in October of 2022. During this Great Migration when they were crossing the river, we witnessed two of the Wildebeests get attacked by a crocodile. They got lucky... the third one not so much. We watched this wildebeest get wrecked by two crocodiles and eventually the crocodiles drowned the wildebeest. It's definitely an experience, but I'm not going to lie... I was in tears.

BUT, not only did I witness the Great Migration, I also witnessed a cheetah hunting a baby antelope. We were just sitting in our Land Cruiser watching this cheetah relax under the shade when all of a sudden our driver told us to sit tight. He took us on a wild ride with this cheetah to witness the entire hunt from start to finish!
