Ah yes! Greece. A very popular tourist destination, especially for honeymooners. The most popular spots are Santorini, Mykonos, and Athens. However, if you’re looking to avoid the insane crowds, then visit islands like Milos, Paros, Crete, Naxos, or all of them! Enjoy the scenic ferry rides for a small price.
Tip:
Book everything in advance during peak season. There is a high chance that most activities/restaurants will be sold out.
3. BARCELONA, SPAIN
If you know me, you know that I LOVE Barcelona. The nightlife, the beaches, the beautiful places to visit. I’ve visited Barcelona 5 separate times now, which is not like me. The atmosphere and the vibes are unmatched. If you’re looking to have a true European summer, please put Barcelona on your itinerary. Visit places like La Sagrada Familia, Park Guell, Bunker del Carmen, Barceloneta Beach, etc.
Tip:
I’ll say it again for Europe: PLEASE watch your things. Do NOT leave your personal items unattended. Keep your purse in front of your body with your hands on it. Pick-pocketers are very good at what they do in Spain and are notorious for targeting tourists.
